Q1:What is the lead time?
Generally it is about 15days after all details confirmed. But if For special urgent order we can help arrange about 10 days.
Q2:What is your supply ability?
100000 Meter/Meters per Day.
Q3:How to control the products quality?
We insist quality is first forever.And we have a very perfect quality control process,from production to delivery, we have at least 5 quality inspection process,so our quality is always stable.
Q4:Can you provide ODM service?
Yes, we work on ODM orders. which means size, quantity, design ,packing solution etc. will depend on your requests, and your logo will be customized on our products.
Q5:how is our after-sale service?
Its pretty good. Firstly, for the grey fabric, we will use full gsm as customer request , not any less. And then after we finish printing the first one design, we will send sample to customer for checking. After customer confirm the quality, then we go on producing.and then, we will send photos and videos when printing every design .So ,although customer is not in our factory, but knows all process,so no need worry about anything.
