Garrettsville police will be at the Garrettsville Family Dollar store, 8287 Windham Street, to collect school supplies to donate to the Garrettsville People Tree on Aug. 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Cash donations will also be accepted for the purchase of school supplies.

Suggested donations include backpacks, pocket folders, Crayons, markers, scissors, pencils, pencil boxes, glue sticks, tissues, unscented baby wipes, hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, over-the-head headphones, small handheld pencil sharpeners, spiral notebooks, 1-inch three-ring binders, dry erase markers, highlighters, basic calculator, large pink erasers, Elmer's glue etc.
